Dr. Ronald "Ronnie" Miller, DPT, FAAOMPT, BD3, USAF (Retired), is Principal Consultant of Convergence Operational Group, a Wichita-based advisory firm specializing in sociotechnical root cause analysis and systems safety.
He retired after twenty years leading clinical and human-performance teams for the U.S. Air Force, most recently as Director of Human Performance for the 93d Air Ground Operations Wing, where he oversaw a sixty-member team serving more than 2,300 Airmen. His background includes special operations physical therapy assignments with the 320th Special Tactics Squadron and Special Operations Task Force East Africa, supporting elite forces across three continents. He also co-founded a military partnership with Owens Recovery Science that trained more than 170 providers in blood flow restriction therapy.
Ronnie holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, a fellowship in orthopedic manual physical therapy from the U.S. Air Force Academy, and BlueDragon Consultant (BD3) certification in systems-based root cause investigation.
